Synopsis

Divorced mother Sybille, who struggles with her own demons from her past and present, is worried to see her teenage son Samuel`s descent into a violent and meaningless life. Hoping to save him, and maybe herself, she takes him on a long trip on horseback across the remote mountains of Kyrgyztan. During the lengthy journey, the two of them will come to learn of the magnificence of nature, the dangers of the world and most importantly, their true selves.
