An elderly empty nester, Chang Wei Kuan, and a widow, Li Huiru, both scavenge for scrap but are not acquainted with each other. However, they gradually develop a mutual affection. Meanwhile, elderly couple Xie Ding Shan and Zhao Huan Xin also make a living by collecting and selling scrap, but Huan Xin is always plagued by illness. Four elderly people, two pairs of lovers, at the final chapter of their lives but still very much in love. Even if there is no tomorrow, they still want to say I love you to each other.
