Synopsis

In war-torn Karen State, Myanmar, 19-year-old Naw Mi, her mother, and her younger brother are forced to flee their home, seeking refuge in a sprawling camp. They reside in a makeshift tent, grappling with the harshness of their new reality. Amid the struggles, the young brother finds solace in the airplanes soaring overhead. In a tender gesture, Naw Mi crafts a paper airplane for him, embodying their shared hope and longing for a brighter future.
