Synopsis

Yasmin is a young woman living in Germany with her son. When her father dies in Iran, she is forced to return to her homeland for the first time in 30 years. Yasmin is initially hesitant to go back to Iran, but she soon begins to reconnect with her roots. She meets her father`s friends and family, and learns more about his life and the country he loved. As she comes to terms with his death, she begins to understand herself better. She realises that she is more Iranian than she thought, and she begins to appreciate her homeland in a new way.
