Synopsis

After a fire accident triggers a radiation leak in Hong Kong, the city faces a catastrophic disaster. Expert Simon Fan, portrayed by Andy Lau, joins the emergency crisis response team led by Acting Chief Executive Cecilia (Karen Mok). As they confront the threat to the lives of 7 million people, the fire brigade must enter the radiation zone to prevent the spread of danger​
