Synopsis

Born in Japan to Belgian parents, Amelie sees the world as a place of endless wonder and discovery, guided by her friend Nishio-san. But on her third birthday, a single event changes her understanding of life forever, as happiness and heartbreak intertwine in her journey of growing up.
