Synopsis

What seems to be a routine investigation into police corruption into literally blows up into a storm of typhoon proportions when agents Hong Kong’s Independent Commission Against Corruption start to uncover an elaborate embezzlement scheme to swindle the Hong Kong government out of 150 million dollars from the Z Hedge Fund.
