Synopsis

The death of Pak Mulwanto on Tuesday Kliwon - a day steeped in magical and mystical significance - unleashes disaster upon Nuri`s family. According to local belief, those who die on this day curse their surviving family members to death. As disturbing events begin to plague the family, Wisesa, Pak Mulwanto`s eldest son and a doctor, dismisses the required rituals as irrational, choosing instead to support his grieving mother. However, when Nuri and her sister Yanda experience terrifying incidents, they are forced to investigate the truth behind the Tuesday Kliwon curse. As myth and reality blur, their quest to save their family leads to startling revelations, forcing them to choose between logical thinking and centuries-old supernatural beliefs.
