Synopsis

Gajaman is the right-hand man of the top village politician Magodis Thuma. He carries out all the important work of Magodis to the letter - coordinating election campaigns, being his boss` eyes and ears around the village and even extorting bribes. When Magodis` beautiful daughter Padmi returns to the village after several years in the USA, Gajaman falls in love with her. News of his infatuation reaches Magodis and he is infuriated and banishes Gajaman from the village. An unexpected turn of events presents Gajaman with the opportunity to turn his luck around and get his life back on track.
